This is a 1982 Ford 8000 N8M. It is a former Barrel Truck for the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee

Was used to transport the barrels of product from the brew house to the aging barns.

The vehicle was bought from the distillery by a local resident who did extensive updates. The enclosed box was removed and replaced with the custom steel bed. The engine was serviced. Cab seats were recovered. New exhaust and six new tires. The truck has 79,000 original miles.

The owner made several trips to Florida and back without any incidents and it cruised at 75mph without hesitation. It was recently purchased from his estate.
