1990 International 8300 23′ flatbed dump truck, with air operated PTO.  The truck has a L10 Cummins with 300 horsepower and a 9 speed trans with a power divider lock for the rear axles.  It has brand new steer tires and the drives are at 60%.  All the brake linings are over 75%.  It has a pintle hitch and air at the rear and is double framed.  Truck has minor cab damage on passenger side
