Engine turns over but has not been started yet. I drained the old fuel out, cleaned the tank and put fresh fuel in but system needs to be primed and air bled out. Does need some love because it has been sitting idle without use on a military base for an extended period of time. Has the Cummins 8.3 liter turbo diesel with an Allison automatic transmission. Tires are great shape without cracking or rot. Has front plow/blade attachment but no plow.
